Sandy Burnfield has had multiple sclerosis (MS) for more than forty years and chose to ride Paso Fino horses because of their smooth gait, gentle nature and suitability for people with a disability. His background is in Child and Family Psychiatry and he now works part time as an Independent Consultant to Health, Education and Social Care professionals. He is married to Penny and they live on the family farm near the River Test. They have two daughters, Sarah and Clare and five grandchildren who also live locally and enjoy the horses.

Tracy (Tamara) Bonnar looked everywhere for a smooth breed of horse to ride to ease the pain in her knees. Now she can ride the smooth Paso Finos for hours on end with no pain. Tracy is the owner of a hair & beauty salon and a beauty academy. Her latest big project is producing educational DVDs in beauty treatments with her brother, Mike.Tracy lives with her partner Paul, a River Keeper and has five children: Mike (18), Tasha (17), Canyon (12), River (7) and Indiana Pebbles (5).

Sandy and Tracy have been great friends for around eight years now and have been sharing Paso Fino adventures together.Their hacks usually last around three hours and are frequently an exploration through rivers, valleys and wooded trails.
